Aviram Awards is the first competition of its kind aimed at young and promising entrepreneurs in the MENA region who work to change the day-to-day reality and improve the lives of the world population through business, innovation, and technology. In it second year the Aviram Awards final event took place in Marrakech, Morocco.

780 early-stage startups from all over the MENA region have entered the 2023 Aviram Awards competition. Only 15 of them from a variety of sectors had made it to the semifinals. At the grand final event that took place in Morocco on May 16, the winners were chosen by the honorable judges.
The grand winner who won a 500,000$ prize alongside expert mentoring by entrepreneur Ziv Aviram and Pr from Forbes magazine is QD-Sol that generates hydrogen from water using sunlight. In second place with a prize of 100,000$, won the Israeli company, Carbon Blue led by Dr. Dan Deviri who provides a solution for removing carbon dioxide from the sea. In third place with a prize of 50,000$, Deepecho the Moroccan startup, which uses Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning to mimic what a trained sonographer would do and help with ultrasound video diagnosis.
