Hilma – Tech for Impact
HILMA works to nurture technological leaders, training a new generation of young women and men who will change the landscape of the Israeli high-tech world, alongside creating a significant impact by creating solutions to change the reality of life for the better for the public and social sector.
The Aviram Foundation is the leading partner in the "Tavor 575 fighters for high-tech" project - a dedicated training program for combat soldiers to establish a technological initiative for society. The first cohort consists of 25 soldiers and officers who graduated from the combat formation. They were selected from 200 candidates and represent the variety of combat units in the IDF, including Dovdvan, combat engineering, Golani, the air force, artillery, the Nahal, and more.
Hashalem has set itself a goal of reducing social gaps using schools as accelerators. Hashalem builds an educational continuum that combines the worlds of formal and informal education into one whole under the leadership of the school and the community of educators.
Hashalem works in over 60 schools nationwide, including high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools. In addition, they open the gate for more than 200 social organizations to participate in the educational process of 26,100 students.
The Aviram Foundation is helping to train and build the next entrepreneurial and professional educational leaders at the Hashalem schools and the education system, alongside being a leading partner in the founding process of the Hashalem in Amit school in Sderot.
