Hilma – Tech for Impact
HILMA works to nurture technological leaders, training a new generation of young women and men who will change the landscape of the Israeli high-tech world, alongside creating a significant impact by creating solutions to change the reality of life for the better for the public and social sector.
The Aviram Foundation is the leading partner in the "Tavor 575 fighters for high-tech" project - a dedicated training program for combat soldiers to establish a technological initiative for society. The first cohort consists of 25 soldiers and officers who graduated from the combat formation. They were selected from 200 candidates and represent the variety of combat units in the IDF, including Dovdvan, combat engineering, Golani, the air force, artillery, the Nahal, and more.
Hashalem 24/7
Hashalem has set itself a goal of reducing social gaps using schools as accelerators. Hashalem builds an educational continuum that combines the worlds of formal and informal education into one whole under the leadership of the school and the community of educators.
Hashalem works in over 60 schools nationwide, including high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools. In addition, they open the gate for more than 200 social organizations to participate in the educational process of 26,100 students.
The Aviram Foundation is helping to train and build the next entrepreneurial and professional educational leaders at the Hashalem schools and the education system, alongside being a leading partner in the founding process of the Hashalem in Amit school in Sderot.
Aviram Sustainability and Climate program
The newly launched Aviram Sustainability and Climate Program at Reichman University offers a year-long, state-of-the-art curriculum designed for 20 exceptional undergraduate students in their last year of studies from across all schools on campus. The Aviram Program addresses the pervasive and most consequential challenges of our time: keeping humanity within the Planetary Boundaries and making the just transition to a zero-carbon future. The Program is an initiative of the Aviram Foundation and Reichman University.
T3 Leadership program
The Aviram Foundation is the leading partner in Taglith's and the UAE-iL tech zone T3 leadership program, which brings together promising young leaders from Israel, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates to promote and build a strong and meaningful business leadership community between the countries and lead to the realization of the vision of the Abraham Accords. The program brought together 40 young individuals for virtual sessions and deepening meetings in its first cohort. It ended in a joint peak gathering in Dubai, where joint ventures and bridges of peace and partnership between the countries were forged and created.
